The Hurst Bowls & Beer Festival 2026

Hurstpierpoint Bowling Club annual Bowls and Beer event was held on Sunday 26th July 2026 at the bowling green, South Avenue, BN6 9QB.​

Ten Teams entered the event which had some excellent bowling and very close finishes. The eventual Winners being 'Bowl Movement' who were unbeaten during the afternoon, winning all five games. Just behind them, as Runners Up, were 'The Yeet Feet'. They were  also unbeaten during the afternoon winning four games and drawing one. The best supporting team being the 'Ball Busters'.

The individual Spider Competition was won by Maddie.

Although there was no award for it (but definitely worth a mention) the Best Dressed Team of the day without doubt was ' One For the Ditch' who came out in a different strip for each game.
